2. What you are buying

The PropFox BTL Deal Analyser is a digital Excel workbook designed to help UK property investors model buy-to-let opportunities, including yields, cashflow, SDLT, Section 24, mortgage stress testing and related assumptions.

It is delivered digitally after successful payment via Stripe.

3. Educational and analysis tool only

PropFox is not financial, tax, legal, mortgage, property investment or regulated advice.

The analyser helps you organise assumptions and understand potential deal outcomes. It does not replace professional advice from a qualified accountant, tax adviser, mortgage broker, surveyor, solicitor or financial adviser.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the checkout page and may change from time to time. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery and access

After payment, you will be redirected to a download page and receive a Stripe receipt. If you have trouble accessing the workbook, email hello@propfox.app with your purchase email address.

6. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you buy the analyser and decide it was not useful for you, email hello@propfox.app within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you.

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method via Stripe and may take several working days to appear.

7. Licence and permitted use

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the workbook for your own analysis. You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, or share it as a standalone product.

8. Accuracy and assumptions

Property, tax, mortgage and market assumptions can change. You are responsible for checking inputs, assumptions and outputs before making any decision. We do not guarantee investment performance or suitability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackneon Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the analyser. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
