2. Information we collect

Purchase information: email address, order details, payment status and receipt information processed through Stripe.
Support communications: messages you send us by email, including download or refund support requests.
Technical data: basic hosting/security logs may include IP address, browser and request information.

We do not store full card details. Payments are handled by Stripe.

3. How we use your information

To process purchases and provide access to digital downloads.
To respond to support and refund enquiries.
To prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
To comply with legal, tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

4. Legal bases under UK GDPR

Contract: to fulfil your purchase and deliver the product.
Legitimate interests: support, fraud prevention and service improvement.
Legal obligation: tax, accounting and compliance records.

5. Third-party services

PropFox uses essential cookies/storage required for purchases, downloads and core site functionality. We may also use optional Google Ads and analytics cookies to measure site performance and advertising effectiveness. These optional cookies are denied by default and only enabled if you accept them in the cookie banner.

7. Data retention

We keep purchase and accounting records for as long as required by law. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably necessary.
